Anthea Montessori is a passion project
Anthea Montessori is the brainchild of Ms. Chitra Raghunathan (Suchi) and Ms. Anupama Rao (Anu).
While Suchi and Anu come from diverse backgrounds (molecular biology & the air force!), what binds the two is their passionate belief in the Montessori philosophy. Having seen the positive change in their own Montessori educated children, they have vowed to spread the philosophy.
The Anthea team consists of people who love what they do! While every classroom has adults with Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) degrees, we believe it takes much more than a certificate to teach.
We hire people who approach each child as a unique individual, and fully embody the Montessori ideals.
Make a difference
At Anthea, we are always happy to talk to people who believe in the Montessori pedagogy, and are keen to work with children. Salary is no constraint for the right candidate. Perks such as PF, ESI, health insurance (for family), team outings, social service opportunities and training / certification support are offered to all our staff.
